After the adventure of Ixos, our previous home in Ibiza, we were searching for a haven of peace in Spain or Italy, but fate led us to Greece for an epic journey in the Cyclades in 2019. It is difficult to explain the feeling of a place, but upon arriving in Paros, we were intoxicated by its allure.

So, we returned in 2020, and fate played its hand again, leading us directly to this beautiful site.

And thus, this project was born...

Four years of development and construction to achieve our ideal and create our idyllic place!

Egeo is a responsible eco villa, with solar hot water, air conditioning by heat pump, green roofs that naturally cool the rooms, and a swimming pool purified by salt electrolysis, without any chemicals.

​

Whenever possible, we used local materials, such as stone and wood, to reduce the carbon footprint.
